Exciton Dissociation at the Interface by jhgronqvist Exciton Dissociation at the Interface by jhgronqvist
I made cover graphics (the picture, not the whole cover) for the Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters.

The cover image illustrates an exciton created by a solar photon in a solar cell. The exciton then diffuses to the interface between the two component materials, where the exciton is pushed apart by static dipoles. The freed positive and negative charges create a current in the solar cell.

Made in Inkscape.
